Strength is Made Perfect in Weakness
Hello everyone!
Whenever the times comes to write a group email I forget everything that happened that week! Time is just going by faster and faster! And I'm enjoying every single second of it!
This week we had a lot of exchanges with the sisters in our zone. It's all virtual for now, but I still learn a lot from them all. We made dinner for the sisters living in a hotel because they can't cook a lot of things. And we went bowling with some of our sisters today! Last p-day we went to Cleveland with some of the Elders and just explored.
All of our people are doing super fantastic! We had such a cool lesson with our friend Oscar. The Holy Ghost brought a scripture to my mind in 3 Nephi 13:30 and it was so cool because the member who joined our lesson was able to share a super personal powerful experience about it. Members are the best because they can answer some of our peoples questions a lot better than we can! I'm so grateful for them!!
It's so cool that our friends trust us so much because most of the time I'm just like, I don't have any clue, I'm just a 20 year old who hasn't even been to college yet!
Jacob 4:7 says, "Nevertheless, the Lord God showeth us our weakness that we may know that it is by his grace, and his great condescensions unto the children of men, that we have power to do these things." I know that the Lord works through His humble servants to accomplish His great work! The fact that we are so young and have such little life experience goes to show even more that it's God who is doing this work, not us. There is truly no greater joy than being an instrument in God's hands!
Love you all! Have a great week!
